The Sr Project Manager is a highly visible position to part of a team in a transformational and strategic program for our TransUnion's Global Fraud Solutions team. Primary responsibilities include setting up, leading and managing the workstream within a program, ensuring the transparency and visibility of the overall program and managing internal/external stakeholders. This individual works closely with the internal stakeholders across Global and Regional teams across Product, Legal, IT, Analytics and and more teams to fully understand and communicate key requirements, timelines, and dependencies.

What You'll Bring:

Senior Project Manager (Business) is a highly visible position in a transformational and strategic program for our TransUnion's Global Fraud Solutions team. Responsibilities include leading and managing multiple phases within the Program. The individual will also manage the daily operations of the program to ensure successful delivery. Teams supported but not limited to are internal stakeholders across Global and Regional teams in Product, Legal, IT, Analytics.

Principal Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Understand, communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage change and define solutions to help the program achieve its goals.
  • Understand/ Manage/ Coordinate Product delivery across all business functions and connect the impact to other areas of the Program (US and International).
  • Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Leading Legal, Info-Security, and Compliance requirements to gain approvals throughout the 3-4 year program.
  • Develop and maintain program financials weekly cadence.
  • Establish and manage program KPIs and measures of success.
  • Work and lead effectively in a global matrixed operating model.
  • Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with goals.
  • Experience identifying key performance indicators, creating dashboards and developing project metrics.



Tactical:

  • Identify, manage and escalate risks for the program.
  • Create, Organize, Lead, Own long and interim plans, including setting targets for milestones.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops across multiple stakeholders to solicit input, and drive to conclusion.
  • Organizing and leading mechanisms that ensure teams stay on-target and on-schedule.
  • Size and Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure PI Readiness is met.
  • Performing quality control on projects throughout phases.
  • Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
  • Manage progress on Recruiting and Onboarding for the Program.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Wiki, Confluence, MS SharePoint).

  • Proven working experience in project management leading cross-functional projects and teams and working across all areas in the organization and with all levels of management and staff.

  • Results oriented, takes initiative to identify areas to add value and executes quickly and effectively.
  • Solid experience with the full range of communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to engage professionally in a fast paced environment working across international time zones.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience in technology, fraud or financial services.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft's suite of tools such as Project, SharePoint, Teams, Visio.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Experience working with Agile Delivery teams (preferably SAFE).
