The IT Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and team facilitator of the Agile/Scrum methodology. The Scrum Master assists the development team with motivating and monitoring execution and removing blockers/impediments to meet timelines and sprint commitments in alignment with the organizational priorities. Scrum Masters work in close collaboration with business Product Owners to build and sustain a healthy Product Backlog. The Scrum Master is also responsible for facilitating Agile meetings, events, and the overall continuous improvement for the Development Team. Act as Scrum Master for 1 to 2 teams with a focus on guiding the team to continuous improvement

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field highly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a technology environment required
• Scrum Master Certification: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent required
• Experience as a Scrum Master on Mobile Apps Team
• Experience with successful Agile and/or Scrum implementation and technique
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the Scrum process
