Job Title: Scheduling Project Coordinator

As a Scheduling Project Coordinator for Insight, you will be part of a high-energy and tech-savvy world. We are looking for someone who is a team player and an excellent communicator and has experience supporting services projects. The Scheduling Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all jobs are timely filled with a qualified technician by working closely with our staffing partners and communicating at risk sites to the project teams based on each project's risk threshold.

As an Insight Scheduling Project Coordinator, you will:

Multitask. Working closely with our project teams to understand scope, schedules, and resource requirements you will play a key role in filling jobs with qualified technicians by working with our internal and external staffing partners.

Take ownership. You will assist in ensuring that our sites are filled in accordance with the projects t-minus schedule, escalate issues to the project teams or command center, help to ensure that our technicians are technically and logistically prepared to be onsite and represent Insight to our clients.

Process key data. You will be responsible for updating Insight systems with schedules, change requests, technician updates, and other information to keep our partners and projects updated. Daily reporting on unfilled sites, action plans to fill and alternatives to fill are completed by

Build relationships. Your job required that you work collaboratively with our partners, technicians, and project teams by developing plans for successful fulfilment, working with alternative partners on last minute fills to avoid client impact and support external users of Insight's system with training and support as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Able to clearly and concisely articulate messages both in written format and orally in 1-on-1 or group situations that build cohesion and gain alignment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - inherent ability to reprioritize throughout the day as needed.
  • Microsoft products experience required (Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience with Field Nation or similar technical recruiting platform preferred
  • Able to recruit, coach and develop technical resources
  • High expectations of yourself and others; ability to build and foster relationships with ease

  • Work schedule may vary but generally within the hours of 7AM-7PM ET
  • Schedule may vary due to project priorities, vacation coverage, etc.
  • One weekend per month "on call"
