Position Overview

SAP C4C Functional Consultant

 

Requirements:

Primary Skill: SAP C4C Functional

 

Role Description:

  • Experience in onsite techno functional roles on at least two SAP C4C implementations.
  • 5+ years experience with SAP C4C.
  • Experience in design, build, test and deployment of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (Cloud for Customer C4C) and lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutions.
  • Should have experience in developing all type is C4C mashups and ODATA services.
  • The position is responsible for the support and advancement of the company's SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Sales) platform with integration to the backend S/4 HANA environment
  • Experience in using ABSL, UI Designer in SAP Cloud Applications Studio to develop, deploy and support complex SAP Cloud for Customer implementations.
  • Experience in design and development of SAP Cloud for Customer Custom Business Objects, Extensions and C4C BADI's.
  • Familiar with integrations between C4C and SAP/non-SAP systems using CPI. Strong debugging and problem solving skills in SAP Cloud for Customer
  • Knowledge of SoapUI and understanding of integration of SAP C4C and other SAP and 3rd party systems
  • Lead / Contact Management, Account Management, CTI, Order Management with Integration with S/4
  • Experience on Customer Sales Reporting / Customer Relation Management / Customer Order & Quotation Processing
  • Integration with the S/4 transactional systems and SAC Analytical Reporting (working with IT leads in both areas)
  • Liaising with customer service team to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Interacting directly with customers to determine how best to move forward with customer requests and complaints.
  • Lead the sales support team through build, testing and deployment of future C4C enhancements
