We are presently constructing a highly matrixed team of 10 Salesforce QA testing resources. This team will consist of a team lead, several Data QA Engineers experienced with Salesforce, as well as multiple integration testing engineers experienced with testing Salesforce. All Salesforce QA Testing Engineers shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a QA engineer working on two (2) or more large enterprise IT projects in a multi-cloud platform environment utilizing Agile iterative methodology and possessing cutting edge experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) coordinating testing lifecycles (e.g., functional, negative/positive testing, test plan, performance, stress, regression, end-to-end) with various user profiles utilizing an iterative methodology.

This comprehensive and senior Salesforce QA tester should have prior leadership experience as a QA engineer on a large enterprise IT project(s) with stakeholder status updating and reporting duties. The incumbent should proficiently document test results and identifying and documenting defects in an automated testing/defect tool. Tools required include TM4J (Test Manager for Jira, now referenced as Zephyr and formerly recognized as Adaptive.

Entire test team must possess experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a QA engineer performing the following data validation tasks:

1. Data analysis in a CRM platform;
2. Testing data services, including data extracts, metrics (calculation logic), reports, dashboards, alerts, and APIs;
3. Data profiling and scorecards, understanding data gaps and interaction with data stewards and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and validating business and data transformation rules; and
4. Data cleansing, data validation, data standardization, and validating the migration of the cleansed data to a CRM platform.

All Salesforce QA engineers should have performed large scale testing on a large enterprise IT project(s) performing software, data, and configuration validation for on-line and mission critical applications (supported 24x7) while performing the following:

1. Validating the testing lifecycles (e.g., functional, negative/positive testing, test plan, performance, stress, regression, end-to-end) for stakeholders with various user profiles through sprint cycles utilizing an iterative methodology;
2. Utilizing a repository of user stories, test cases, detailed test scripts with expected test results for validation of sprint cycles through completion;
3. Documenting test results, identifying and documenting defects in an automated testing/defect tool;
4. Producing test reports, which includes status, test metrics, and any testing concerns, risks, and/or issues; and
5. Validating compatibility with various Internet browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome), as well as mediums (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, pads).

All Salesforce QA Engineers shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience on a large enterprise IT project(s) as a QA engineer performing validation efforts with automated and manual solutions. Extensive use of Selenium and the ability to create parallel automation scripts from manual scripts is critical.
