Job Description:Responsible for creating quality software applications. Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain)Knowledgeable of configuring, and/or developing systems to support initial implementations and subsequent process optimization effortsWorks with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and qualityProvides support to business associates on systems use as neededHas a thorough understanding of the database schemas used by our Client's systems, the relationships between systems, and underlying data flowsMust have experience with database applicationsMust have experience with database applications and specific experience with salesforce.com and product suiteUndergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline

Experience Required:5+ years of experience with Salesforce developer experienceUnderstanding and applying Salesforce.com best practices, functionality, setup & configuration, and general architectureArticulating and clearly communicating complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful mannerHands-on experience with Lighting PagesLighting Web Components, Aura-based Components, VisualForce pages, Apex development, Apex Rest APIs, SOQLUnderstanding of Governor Limits and BulkificationDemonstrating familiarity with Intermediate Salesforce Administration and Configuration (Hands-on experience implementing workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders, working with metadata, APIs, etc.)Utilizing Salesforce Technological Product Suites (Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, etc.)Solid understanding of profiles and permission setsCreating and demoing working proofs of concept for business requirements using out of the box features of SalesforceUnderstanding third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and the ability to document an end-to-end process in the wholeUnderstanding non-functional requirements related to object modeling, access control, security, performance, automated unit testing or integrations, to conduct requirements elicitation, validation, and analysis meetings with appropriate stakeholders; perform Fit/Gap analysis; support testing activities, and produce deliverables related to the project or projects assignedHands-on experience with DX CI/CD, Form Assembly (3rd party tool), and Platform Events is preferred but not required Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
