JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the IT Applications team, the IT Applications Support Analyst-CRM will be a key technical resource supporting Inogen CRM & Call Center business systems. Working under the direction of the Manager of Business Systems, the IT Applications Support Analyst-CRM will work closely with other members of the IT team, Business Stakeholders, and 3rd party vendor partners to analyze business system processes, create technical designs/solutions and participate on development teams to implement technical solutions and provide ongoing support of CRM & Call Center business systems.

Key Competencies:

  • Be the technical support analyst and developer for Inogen business systems, including: Salesforce.com, New Voice Media, Sdocs, NC2-lead distribution system and other associated application systems
  • Analyze Inogen business requirements and technical requirements to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests and optimize the user experience by developing automations
  • Design and develop custom objects, triggers and workflows
  • Document root cause and resolutions to issues
  • Perform unit tests, integrated and functional tests and resolve issues found during testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications systems, reports and interfaces
  • Prioritizes and accounts for timely response and completion of Help Desk application support requests
  • Provide support in collaboration with contracted vendors

  • Hands-on technical knowledge of salesforce.com, Apex, Batch-Apex, Triggers, Eclipse, APIs, SOQL, interfaces and force.com (Required)
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of salesforce.com debugging and logging
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of Java or Java script (Desired)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Required)
  • Ability to work independently (Required)
  • Good hands on knowledge with MS office (Desired)
  • Keen attention to detail (Required)
  • Ability to work with non-technical business users
  • Outstanding teamwork skills (Required)
  • A great desire to learn new skills and technologies (Required)
  • Knowledge in Business Intelligence reporting and Master Data Management and or (Desired)

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in development and technical support of com environment or other equivalent CRM applications
  • Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment or Healthcare industry is an advantage
  • com Admin and Developer certifications are an added advantage
