The Salesforce Developer will report to our Information Systems Manager, designing features and applications for our evolving CRM requirements. The Salesforce developer will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The position will require efficiency and impeccable time management skills to ensure all Salesforce development projects are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with IS department and other departments to determine CRM needs
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce updates
• Creating timelines and development goals
• Test the stability and functionality of the application
• Troubleshoot new applications and fix bugs
• Write documents and provide technical training for implementation across teams
• Oversee and educate Jr. Developer on Salesforce applications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Salesforce Dev
• Focus on Best Practices and continued education in SF Platform
• Other programming language knowledge and work experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative work style
• Experience in custom SF UI Pages
• Data Management background a plus
