Randstad Technologies is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails experience that designs and builds software solutions across digital subscription platforms. This position requires hands-on software development skills, deep technical expertise across the entire software delivery process, and a keen ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders. As part of the broader Product Development team, you will contribute to a culture that prioritizes continuous learning, autonomous decision making, agility, and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, design and develop extensible and reusable components for our digital subscription and user authorization platforms with quality and performance being your #1 priority
• Translation of business requirements and vender integration documentation into production-ready code that will produce the best user experiences
• Identify and analyze multiple approaches to solve a problem and come up with the best architectural solution within the available timelines
• Work with architects and other engineers to improve existing architecture and define new architecture patterns, and ensure the technical feasibility of UX design
• Plan and implement projects to reduce technical debt and improve system architecture
• Lead by example and share knowledge with team members in development technologies, designs, tools, and processes
• Participate and be effective in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
• Help create and follow development processes that enhance quality and increase productivity

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
