Our mission is to provide a better search experience for commercial tenants and investors, and support agents and landlords in their digital marketing efforts to drive more, better quality enquiries and decrease transaction times.
We are looking for an experienced and flexible JavaScript developer to join our engineering team. Reporting to the Realla CTO, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of code and improving site performance.
With the continuous growth of Realla, it's an exciting time to join our team. As a JavaScript Developer, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology with an international remit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on the frontend of our marketplace application
• Supporting the development of roadmap features
• Develop in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript components and a Vue JS SPA
• Map search
• Managing paid search performance via google adverts
• Suggest and implement site performance improvements in line with Core Web Vitals requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or proven experience
• Demonstrable experience in a Rails + JavaScript role on a public facing site
• Core: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Desirable: Webpack, Vue JS, VueX, SSR, Core Web Vitals, ElasticSearch
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bilingual: French, German and Spanish
