LaSalle Network is partnering with a digital transformation organization to help them identify a Remote PHP Developer to join their team. This position is 100% remote and this is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extensions or conversion to full time could be possible. While working closely with the IT team, the Remote PHP Developer will troubleshoot to fix bugs and open issues, use PHP to develop software solutions, and ensure smooth operations of system software.

Remote PHP Developer Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions using PHP that are scalable, secure, and cost effective

• Work closely with the IT team to complete projects in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and open issues in the legacy application

• Ensure smooth operations of system processes and applications

• Test and develop software to meet internal customer requests

Remote PHP Developer Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with frontend web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining PHP code

• 3+ years of experience of design and development of in-line queries for relational databases such as MySQL, SQLAnywhere, or MSSQL

• Ability to effectively use version control, including ability to branch, merge, and resolve conflicts in Git

• Ability to programmatically read and write a variety of structured and unstructured formats such as JSON, CSV, or XML

• Experience with production or consumption of web services (ex. REST, SOAP, AMQP) is strongly recommended
