QA Lead – Spark, Scala, Python, AWS, Automation

Minimum 8 years scripting/coding experience using test automation tools for functional and regression testing - Selenium Webdriver (Core Java), TestNG, Maven, Bamboo, BitBucket, JIRA.
? BDD experience in tools such as Cucumber
? Hands-on experience with testing big data applications
? Lead/mentor QA engineers
? Must have experience in Spark, Scala, Python and AWS
? Good experience working in Agile teams
? Strong written/oral communication skills; ability to articulate thoughts/opinions on tools/processes clearly
? Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural engineering team
? Review business requirements and specifications for consistency in quality standards and preparation for automation scripting and testing
? Implementing automation framework level enhancements and solutions
? Maintain and improve automation framework and create required usability documentation
? Solving complex code problems to maintain an error-free, minimal maintenance test automation solution
? Writing automation scripts for Java Services and REST services using open source automation tools
? Execute automation scripts for both functional and regression tests
? Automated Data Validation Tests
? Work with DevOps team to create/maintain automated nightly build verification test (BVT)
? Analyze issues/defects and work with various teams until closure
? Work flexible hours to support and collaborate with a cross-location global teams
