Job Description

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience leading test automation teams/projects
• 6+ years' experience with test automation
• Extensive experience with UI Automation tools, preferably Selenium Web driver and Appium with Java
• Proven ability to build frameworks from scratch
• Strong knowledge of Java/Selenium
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodology
• Client facing with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams
• Design and build a test harness for automation testing
• Architect test automation framework and develop new test libraries
• Implement QA process and automation to improve the overall testing cycle
• Support QA engineers in Agile environment
• Provide guidance, oversee test standards, and assist with code reviews
