Job Description:

• 80 months experience utilizing the HP Load runner or Performance Center tools to plan, develop, execute and evaluate load tests as candidate's primary job function.
• 80 Months experience planning, designing, executing and evaluating load/performance tests as candidate’s primary job function.
• 24 months experience utilizing the SOAP UI or Ready API tool to plan, develop, execute and evaluate web service applications.
• 48 months experience developing application Test Plans.
• 72 months minimum experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies based on software specifications for a web-based application in a large,(hundreds of screens, thousands of users), complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State or local government) delivery system.
• 36 months experience using LoadUI Tool to plan, develop, execute and load test web services.
