FORZA, built on SAP Business One, is an ERP offering a single database business management platform designed for office automation and imaging channel resellers. The all-inclusive, open-architecture system helps SMB’s to unify, manage and control their entire business across financials, sales, and operations.

Position Objective

The QA Analyst is responsible for testing our software platform Forza, mobile applications, and any associated 3^rd Party Add-ons and integration. This role is an opportunity for an experienced QA Analyst to join an organization with a strong growth path, with significant opportunity for growth. The person in this position will be a highly valued member of our Quality team whose ideas and opinions will be sought after in our strive to continuously improve environment, ultimately responsible for creating, executing, and reporting detailed feature test plans for scenarios.

Essential Job Functions

• Design and develop end-to-end test plans and test cases based upon functional and design specifications.
• Determine depth of testing required for a given product when developing test cases, in order to ensure that product will meet company quality standards when released
• Create and maintain product test checklists, scripts, and scenarios.
• Execute issue analysis to determine root cause of test case failures
• Isolate, replicate and document defects and verify fixes
• Set up test environments with the necessary test data and execute detailed test procedures and test cases for assigned products and add-ons
• Perform testing activities, including functional, performance, SIT, and regression testing
• Review test results and properly evaluate the stability of the software being tested
• Analyze and report test results to product teams
• Log defects and track them to resolution
• Work effectively with Developers, Product Management, Support, and other teams as needed

Competencies, Experience, and Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of QA testing experience with SAP or SAP Business One
• QA testing experience with software applications
• QA testing experience with mobile apps
• QA testing experience APIs
• Experience with Automated Testing Tools (Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter, Postman, other Open-source Tools, etc.)
• Experience with Performance and Load Testing
• Relevant technical certification(s) may be required
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
• Proficiently communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in software management tools, ticketing, or Kanban platforms
• Familiar with SQL, scripting, continuous integration, and Microsoft Azure DevOps
