From Digital Engineering to enabling employee success, the Digital Technology team provides premium products and services to our customers and employees.

Create high quality outcomes

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver transformation and improvement projects within the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Digital Configuration Management (DCM) domain. Take ownership for the wing-to wing execution of the project/s within your remit. You will ensure adherence to project management best practice; and deliver high-quality solutions on-time, within scope and on-budget.

As a Project Manager - Digital Technology, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and formalizing the needs, communicating the project execution approach, and presenting outcomes of research/analysis done.
  • Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of your project/s through ongoing client/stakeholder engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones.
  • Partnering with all stakeholders to define & manage the deliverables, CTQs/KPIs, schedule and budget for your project/s, and ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, earned value and value proposition.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the project team, and ensuring that projects run smoothly.
  • Applying relevant project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met.



Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science or relevant professional experience
  • Have 6+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Have experince with stakeholder relationship management skills that inspire trust and confidence in a matrix organization structure
  • Have experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills with significant experience in presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization
  • Have demonstrated the ability to lead, document, plan, structure, budget, market, and execute technology projects with experience of managing project budgets' up to $6M

  • Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of working with 3rd party suppliers and negotiating contract terms
  • Be willing to travel internationally (up to 20%)

  • Have professional accreditation as such as APM, Prince etc.
