Data Analytics Project Manager
Role: Project Manager - Data Analytics
Objective:
The objective of this requirement is to provide the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) and participating OIGs with IT and Data Management; Analytics, Visualization and Reporting; and Investigative Intelligence Support to address fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement of pandemic spending covered funds. In order to achieve this goal, awardees must be able to address one or more of the three functional areas:
- IT and Data Management
- Analytics, Visualization and Reporting
- Investigative Intelligence
Important:
US Citizenship is required as the resource will require access to accounts, Government-furnished equipment (GFE), systems, and unclassified information, to include sensitive information. The contractor shall safeguard this information against unauthorized disclosure or dissemination.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience working on Agile projects and delivering data/fraud analytics solutions
- The Project Manager shall have five (5) or more years of experience managing agile projects and delivering data/fraud analytics solutions.
- The Project Manager shall have experience implementing data/fraud analytic platforms similar in size and scope to this BPA order.
- The PM shall have strong oral and communication skills and experience interacting with senior leaders within an organization.
- The PM shall have strong skills in the following key areas including: strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing to the defined plan etc.
- The PM shall have hands-on experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with Project plans.
- The PM shall be available during normal duty hours and meet with government personnel within 24 hours to discuss problems.
- The PM shall be the primary technical and managerial interface between the vendor and Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- The PM must openly communicate with all vendors providing support to ensure the teams work together to provide quality product and services
- Must have experience leading complex fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement analytic projects
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
