Job Description:

At CoreLogic Innovation Labs in Irvine, we are looking for curious, open-minded, collaborative Technical Product Managers who have a passion for partnering with Business Unit Product Managers, clients, designers and developers to produce quality software. You are interested in working in a collaborative environment leading teams using eXtreme Programming methodologies including test driven development, paired programming and continuous integration in a creative open-floor office space.

Technical Product Managers will work closely with designers, clients, Business Unit Product Managers to understand and develop product vision and goals and jointly work with developers and designers to prioritize, plan and deliver software incrementally toward a minimum viable product (MVP). You will have the opportunity to lead multiple projects from end-to-end owning day to day backlogs, stories and features for our next generation products and platforms.

You want to be a thought leader in Innovation Labs use of eXtreme Programming and Lean Product & Software Design principles. As a leader, you will mentor your team in these practices and principles and also provide guidance and training to other Technical Product Managers.

You collaborate with your team to optimize the use of cutting edge technology that solves We look for people that are agile, adaptable and retrospective; people not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it and what we are doing right so we can improve on it. Above all, we look for candidates who judge their success by the success of the team and the happiness of our clients and users.

Job Qualification:

• Experience defining and prioritizing product features through story writing

• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with stakeholders and drive the delivery to users

• Experience with cloud native ecosystems

• 3-4 years experience and success working with Agile and/or XP development teams as a TPM, including leading of all Agile/XP ceremonies

• Experience with Lean Product Design and Lean Software Development principles

• Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms

• Experience with Discovery & Framing and user interviews to properly define problems, solutions and obtain continuous feedback

• 5-7 years of Product/development team leadership experience required

• Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization

• Experience training other Product Managers in methodologies

. Experience with GCP migration preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred
