Experience working in a production / platform support team that is focused on capital markets or production system operation.

5+ years supporting vendor and proprietary applications built on UNIX and Windows server platforms

5+ years supporting applications that connect, utilize, and operate with Oracle, MSSQL Databases

5+ years working with orchestration devices such as Autosys with a fluency in batch process structure and operation.

Strong Knowledge and experience on ITRS Geneos Monitoring Tool

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of monitoring tools and key areas of ecosystem monitoring which includes, network, storage, server, middleware and applications.

Scripting knowledge, utilizing languages such as Perl, python, or shell.

Understanding of CI/CD and deployment tools that automate or containerize software delivery.

Familiarity in SPLUNK or log scrapping management

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a project which may include EOL remediation of servers, vulnerability patching, database migration, etc.

Previous development experience a plus.
