Job Description

We are in search of a talented Technical Engineering Software Developer to help continue our outstanding growth.

The Technical Engineering Software Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality web-based internal systems, implementing cross-vendor integrations, and engaging with customers to satisfy and support their need for custom development. You will write comprehensive and efficient code/implementations while ensuring that it meets both functional and non-functional requirements, performance standards, and security practices. You will be required to actively maintain and support any existing tool and integrations, while also creating new tools to help internal business units succeed by making their daily routines more efficient. You will be responsible for conducting most, and if not all, of the software development cycle (SDLC): requirements planning & analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Undergraduate Degree in Comp Sci. or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience preferred.

  • Very familiar with SQL databases, and can create efficient database designs.
  • Can understand, determine, and translate user requirements (non-functional) into software requirements (functional).
  • Designs develop, tests, delivers, and maintains software to help improve internal business application or applications built specifically for customers.
  • Consistently uses disciplined coding practices and delivers high-quality code.
  • Able to transform non-MVC framework code to MVC.
  • Familiar with Azure Dev Ops.
  • Familiarity with popular SIEMS (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) is a plus.
