We are looking for a PHP Developer with the following skills for a Full time position. Preferer candidates from East coast. Remote options available.

Job Overview:

The PHP Developer is responsible for coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable customer facing websites and applications using modern design trends and technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in web site development and maintenance
• Accurately estimate work and meet deadlines
• Maintains knowledge of evolving technologies and standards
• Work in accordance with the coding and documentation standards
• Work with the Lead Developer and/or Dev Manager to determine the optimal technical approach for a project
• Work with Interface Developers to integrate the front and back end of a given project
• Collaborate with design resources as needed to facilitate overall project success

What You'll Need:

• Must have 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Laravel, and Linux at the command line
• Solid LAMP stack experience.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with CSS Preprocessing (Sass, LESS).
• Proficient with deployment procedures utilizing docker (or deployer)
• Proficient with AWS EC2 and Cloudfront infrastructure management
• Proficient with JamStack architecture using NextJS and ReactJS
• Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal 8 and 9)
• Demonstrated understanding of web application development best practices, including use case development, object-oriented analysis, design and programming, reusable design patterns and multi-tier architectures.
• Knowledge of Grunt or Gulp is a plus
• Ability to create efficient databases, stored procedures and SQL queries including experience with ORM Libraries and Data Access.
