• 3 or more years of experience in web software development
• Strong development language skills including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience using React and Laravel frameworks
• Expert level experience building WordPress themes, plugins, and native blocks
• Experience with REST web services
• Experience building accessible web interfaces
• Experience developing WordPress themes using the Roots Sage starter theme
• Experience with common web development tools (git, WebPack, Grunt, Gulp, npm, etc.)
• Experience writing unit tests
• Familiarity with agile development workflow
• Familiarity with automated deployment
