Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to Lead teams in the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, this means leading the design and implementation of

Oracle ERP (On-Premises and Cloud) Solutions across a range of client industries and leading customer
engagements and advising on Oracle ERP related topics.
Oracle ERP and SCM environment to Oracle’s ERP Cloud and SCM Cloud as well as moving to Oracle’s
FUSION middleware. This will include experience with Oracle’s Planning Center, Product Manufacturing
(SCM), Project Management, OTC, WMS, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Accounts Receivables,
Procurement, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Assets,
Expenses, Order Management, Cost Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Product Hub, Product
Development, Transportation, Forecasting and planning modules as well as other MES and supply
chain/manufacturing business systems.
As a Solutions Architect, you should have the ability to present Oracle ERP functional solutions to
Technical and non-technical Stakeholders and proven thought leadership on best-practices for Oracle
Cloud ERP project implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
Should have a deep Oracle ERP Functional (Finance and SCM) expertise coupled with good technical
appreciation and strong “hands-on” experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solution architectures, design,
rollout, and implementation leadership. In addition, some, or all the below are desirable.
Qualifications:
10+years of Oracle EBS experience
Experience in moving On-premises to Oracle’s Cloud (SCM and ERP) at least couple of
implementations. Solution Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in presales activities.
Understanding of complimentary platform cloud components to Oracle Cloud ERP install base
including OACS, OICS, SOACS, DBCS etc – including PaaS for SaaS.
Deliver high quality designs and architecture blueprints as-is and to-be process. Get designs
approved by the architecture board.
Working experience of Oracle Fusion SCM & Oracle Fusion Financials
Ability to hold meetings with company stakeholders and board members and with Functional
Leads/Teams and implement the best solutions for customers.
Ability to build strong links, ability to liaise and work with Partner SAs including Oracle.
Participate and help with Oral presentations, develop solution scope, and make implementation
recommendations.
Work with sales and account teams and proposal solutions to help win Oracle ERP projects
Excellent communication, problem resolution, and customer service skills.
Experience working with third party vendors with an understanding of systems integration.
