In response to this challenge, Peraton is seeking a Apex Developer with experience in designing and managing databases.

• Design, implement, and manage databases and data delivery systems and transform them into insights, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply expertise in database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modelling and SQL, distributed computing architectures, operating systems, storage technologies, memory management, and networking to create structure and value out of complex and ambiguous technical challenges with little guidance.
• Maintain responsibility for designing, testing, coding, and developing Apex software to meet user needs, including recommending software upgrades for current and future systems, ensuring software continues to function normally through software maintenance, upgrade, and testing, and documenting every aspect of the application, service, or environment as a reference for future operations and maintenance, such as version and platform upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience with programming and software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting, or upgrading of software systems.
• Two (2) years of experience with using Apex software.
• A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Desired Qualifications

• A demonstrated track record with PL/SQL.
• Are comfortable with HTML.
• Experience with Relational Database Design, including Oracle 11g or 12c.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
