This is a DC based SaaS healthcare company who is hiring a Mid-Level Network Engineer to join their team. They provide cutting-edge video education software to improve the medical training process, mainly focusing on Sim Dolls. They are integrated in over 400 hospitals, medical colleges, and nursing programs all over the country.

They are looking for someone with experience with Networking, SQL, AudioVisual, and Windows OS familiarity. Required Skills & Experience

• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to or experience with Internet and/or Network infrastructure technologies (Routing and Switching, DNS, Network Security, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with end-user support of SaaS and custom software solutions or platforms
• Familiarity with SAML, Shibboleth, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory, OpenLDAP
• Exposure to or experience with audio/visual equipment and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in different environments
• Relevant certifications

Daily Responsibilities

• Independently identify, replicate, troubleshoot, and document customer problems and escalate as needed
• Interaction with database using SQL to determine causes of issues, to provide data to clients, and to resolve certain conditions
• Independently perform software upgrades or other special projects as assigned with minimal to no supervision

The Offer

• Competitive Salary: $75,000-$85,000/Year, DOE
