We are saeeking a Marketing Communications Associate for a 1 year contract5 job in Washington DC (on site). You will assist in the data collection and analysis for the following:

• Support management of program implementation aspects of database systems and other customized software systems and organizational tools in order to accurately document, track and manage information related to volunteers, student participants, and service delivery. Provide oversight of database systems and follow up on system issues.
• Support management of logistics for and otherwise assist with coordination of volunteer training events and meetings.
• Support coordination and collection of program-related source data such as from pre-surveys, post-surveys, daily student logs, teacher surveys and volunteer surveys; process source documents by reviewing data for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies using standard procedures including returning incomplete documents to school-based staff for resolution.
• Document concerns and work with program leadership to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure program assessment tools are completed by relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate annual in-school orientations for teachers and staff at all participating schools.
• Contribute to ensuring data collection methods are implemented properly.
• Schedule tutoring sessions in collaboration with school staff and program volunteers
• In collaboration with the volunteer site leaders and program staff, document concerns and work with program leadership to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.

NOTE: 1-2 years experience minimum.
