Mainframe System Analyst/ Application developer:

In addition to good communication skills the candidate should have the following technical skills
Cobol, CICS, DB2 & JCL

Mainframe Developer responsible for analysis, programming and implementation of changes in diverse mainframe based applications.
Ability to unit test and integration test all the changes effectively.
Ability to collaborate with other programmers.
Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from subject matter expert.
Minimum Technical Requirements are:
Programming experience with COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL and Batch/Online programming.
Strong skills in using File Manager and IBM Debug Tool.
Knowledge to use change management tool like ENDEVOR is desirable.
Knowledge to use DB2 performance tool like BMC MAINVIEW is desirable.
Soft skills required are:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
