We are looking to add integral members to our DHA service delivery team to provide leading industry, cloud-based, mobile, web, BI, AI and big data solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage, set-up, administer, support, and troubleshoot RedHat Linux servers, Apache Web servers, Jboss Application servers, and Oracle Database servers
• Utilize OpenShift Container Platform for container provisioning, deploying, scaling, and management
• Perform upgrades to system hardware and software components as required
• Write shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks
• Install and test hardware and software
• Make necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware
• Provide support and is involved in performance monitoring and reporting, problem identification, management, and resolution
• Identify and manage service improvements to increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain accountability for resolving service problems and for prioritizing work requests
• Manage system activity such as planning, installation, operation and maintenance
• Ensure satisfactory delivery of all projects
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure
• Develop hardware plan, systems operation and technical procedures; provide input for disaster recovery and security plans
• Develop, implement, and document processes and work instructions
• Manage code deployment and Change Control process from Development to QC, thereafter to production environment
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field experience
• Security + certification preferred
• RedHat Certified System Engineer preferred
• Solid background in delivering technical services, interacting with clients, hands on Linux Administration skills, and experience in performing routine IT asset management tasks (license management, license/maintenance renewal tracking, etc.)
• Broad knowledge and highly skilled in Unix/Linux OS environments
• Strong prior experience in developing objectives for service delivery and providing service improvements to increase customer satisfaction
• Expertise in system administration practices and troubleshooting including but not limited to installation, configuration, deployment, security, maintenance, root cause analysis, scripting/automation and backup enterprise services
• Demonstrated shell scripting skills
• Knowledge of Red Hat, Apache, and Jboss
• Maintain DoD STIG Compliance (RedHat)
• Knowledge of OS and network security (firewall and system hardening, and DOD STIG Compliance).
• Ansible automation is a plus
• Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills
