We are looking for Lead Mobile App Developer to join us as we build our new in-house team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and managing new native applications leveraging a new enterprise-wide API with a reimagined user experience. Lead Mobile App Developer Responsibilities

• Always make security the top priority
• Design, build and maintain Mobile Apps using Flutter framework
• Design and implement automated testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, document, and implement quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and fix issues
• Collaborate and pair with multiple teams to share knowledge and improve everyone' s skills
• Define and document processes and analyses
• Work with DevOps team to build and maintain mobile deployment pipelines

Lead Mobile App Developer Required Skills

• 5+ years' hands-on experience developing mobile applications
• 2+ years' hands-on Flutter Framework development
• 2+ years' hands-on experience in Dart language
• 2+ years' experience in Flutter training
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience consuming APIs in mobile applications
• Experience delivering publicly accessible applications to the Apple App Store
• Experience with Git
• Experience with Unit and Functional tests within Flutter
• Knowledge of industry trends and relevant application technologies
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment
• Adept at mastering new technology, processes, and software applications
• Dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction, persistent about achieving project goals

Lead Mobile App Developer Desired Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Proven ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Financial Service or Bank experience
