Lead Data Analyst Location: Reston, VA
Job Type: Contract to Hire role

Transform data assets from legacy to new modernized data platform.
Enterprise data assets are in mainframe DB2 (Source) to migrate to new modernized data platform on-prem & Cloud
Data analysis of DB2 on mainframe platform, also have some data on DB2 AIX platform
Core data analysis work, historic data reporting
Backed data analysis, transformation and migration process.
Documentation of use cases, data usage,
How to gather data from different source to target mapping.
Manage multiple stakeholders, work with data governance analyst for data quality issue.
Interact with legacy data teams, data governance team, data quality team
Initial documentation, maintain data,
Advanced SQL, SQL Query, DB2 are must have
They are not limited to Hadoop/cloudera platform, nice to have any other bigdata/cloud platform.
Healthcare/Claims/Enrollment is must have
Phone & Panel based Interview.
1st Interview: Technical interview
2nd Interview: Cultural prospective
