Description: Our client is currently seeking a Java Team Lead

Overview:

Lead the activities of a cross functional delivery team and responsible for the team's development and systems support efforts of the systems for the Commercial Treasury Management Onboarding platform. Provides day-to-day direction for the units and applications in line with goals of department and the clients they support. Technologies include Workflow Tools, DocuSign, .Net, Java, Spring, Hibernate, and web services. Responsible for managing client relations and expectations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

You will oversee application development and support testing efforts of a team of Java developers. You will need to be effective in working autonomously and in teams on high level systems analysis and technical phases of development. The successful candidate will build rapport, collaborate, and consult within the organization.

MQ, Low Code Workflow Frameworks

Design Thinking - prototyping, customer journey mapping

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum of an Associate degree and 7 years' systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience

Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development

Experience with Agile Methodology

An ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launch

Skills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritization

A team player mindset with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
