Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Defines technical vision for the Project.

Defines architectural and design principles and requirements.

Ensures solutions being built are congruent with vision.

Leads evaluation of technologies to be incorporated into solution.

Assesses technical feasibility of business requirements.

Providing the technical connection between the project managers and developers.

Working with clients and advising them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies.

Evaluating projects from a technical stance, guaranteeing that the development methods used are correct and practical.

Signing off system requirements, identifying resources and estimating timelines for project completion.

Producing technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable.

Delivering solutions to customers including database consolidation, implementation, and application integration with stress on architectural services.

Document desired goals, outcomes or conditions of activities or activity sets and conduct analysis that identifies shortfalls, omissions and/or inefficiencies in achieving said goals.

Transform the business concepts into a business architecture that supports the design and integration of new business models.

Create various types of models based on the requirements/business rules.

Create integrated process maps and business architectures that serve as comparative frameworks for enterprise technology architectural planning, integrations, COTS gap analysis and retirement planning.

Create, update and manage all diagrams, documents and artifacts within the context of a defined methodology and reusable knowledge management repository.

Produce standard reports and deliverables to communicate with project teams and business users.

Create an enterprise, normalized view of business processes recognizing synergies and integration points for either business model or application development.

Perform strategic research discovery on new business models, formulate supporting business concepts, align concepts to business areas and present findings back to executive teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Java Spring, REST, Microservices environment.
• Architecting Kubernetes solution experience (preferably not PoC)
• Ability to architect and implement end to end container management.
• Docker expertise
• Jenkins and DevOps Experience
• Expert level experience writing scripts for automation
• Advising a client on Kubernetes best practices
• Experience in working VMWare
• Logistics domain experience is preferred

Influencing skills over a wide spectrum of management and technical contacts.

Ability to compel issue resolution across assorted groups within a corporate framework.

Well-developed spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to operate across multiple projects concurrently and assume the responsibility for the appropriate technical and architectural implementation of projects.

Technical Skills:

• Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro services, RESTful, Microservices, Ready API, Jenkins, Git, Redis, Integration with Angular, AutoBahn, VMWare, Kunernetes etc.

Process Skills:

• Well versed in guiding the team on Agile methodologies

Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills

Qualification:

• Bachelors of Engineering or Equivalent (MCA)
