Job Description:

To support, make enhancements, and maintain the existing SPDS, EDRS, and other Vital Records (VR) applications. This PTP includes maintenance staff for the following purposes:

1. 1. Support and maintain the SPDS application.
2. 2. Converting some EDRS/SFRDS project HBITS positions to maintenance HBITS positions. As EDRS and SFDRS are implemented some of the positions used to implement the software are needed to maintain it.
3. 3. Additional program-desired, minor enhancements from Lean reviews.
4. 4. Implement several technology-driven changes, such as migrating application databases to Oracle 12c, migrate application software to Java8 and Weblogic 12, and migrate from Sybase databases.

Mandatory Skills:

• 84 Months of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing Information Technology Solutions using the Java programming language.
• 48 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages
• 36 Months of experience in using the Spring framework
• 24 Months of experience in using the Struts framework
• 24 Months of experience using JavaScript frameworks
• 12 Months of experience building Responsive Web applications
• 12 Months of experience developing Java Web Services (REST and SOAP
