Job Description

Role : IT Support Role
Location : Boston, MA (Currently 100% remote till COVID-19)
Hire Type : Full-Time with ATOS Syntel

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with similar functions;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite including Office 365;
  • Excellent knowledge of deployment system such as SCCM.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware;
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and manage multiple technologies;
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment;
  • Ability to work independently and effectively

Technical support

  • Provide technical and operational support for office products and for standard workstation environment;
  • Provide support for IT equipment (workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment)
  • Provide support for Mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
  • Diagnose and resolve problems reported by users and follow up on service calls;
  • Work on ticket assigned by the Help Desk and use the ticketing system to document incidents;
  • Participate in the troubleshooting session with other member of the IT Support team

Installation

  • Install and configure the hardware and software according to standards;
  • Hardware installation of monitors and docking
