Job Description:

IT Support offering in-person, on-phone and virtual/remote support.

- End-user equipment provisioning, installing, maintenance – smart phones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP and POTS phones.

- Printer management – local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting

- Audio/video conferencing equipment support and maintenance.

- Asset inventory management – procurement, assignment, retirement, disposal.

- Troubleshooting and issue escalation.

- Documentation and updating of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)

- End user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.

- Lift up to 40 lbs.

- Valid Class C Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUI’s within the last three years.
