Job Description

Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Generates revenue reporting for both the Management and Executive teams based off requested data analytics.
  • Run bi-weekly sales meetings with the full Management and Executive teams to ensure all sales revenue is being captured correctly and closed properly.
  • Send and manage customer surveys following each project/task completion and provide reports based off findings.
  • Help the Operations team assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information, trends and identifying possible sales opportunities.
  • Onboard/update new and existing customers profiles based off requirements from Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new product providers, build relationship, create and manage product pricing sheets, create material quotes and send to customers based off provide material BOM.
  • Communicate with new customers by answering telephone, fax, e-mail or website inquiries. New customers need to be validated and passed along to upper management once qualified.
  • Place and track all material orders, provide clear communication on expected delivery dates, and communicate any delays or issues.
  • Assist Operations on developing account profiles based off customer’s buying history, account farming, and areas we are currently not working in.
  • Maintain and improve our current quoting/sales platform by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Update operational team members of any job data issues in Salesforce, manages all data input for each opportunity and ensures all necessary information is captured correctly before a quote is sent to the customer.
  • Help assist with Power Point presentations for sales meetings as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
  • 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
