8+ years of Workplace Infrastructure project management experience Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret leases, contracts, architectural drawings, engineering plans and product specifications
Familiarity with GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
Partner with other Program Managers and key stakeholders to ensure clear definition of project scope and objectives
Partner with Real Estate to complete due diligence and evaluate sites
Manage project schedule, including dependencies to/from related projects (Security, IT, Culinary, and AV)
Manage vendor/external project managers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
Communicate and seek approval of project concept, drawings, and finishes; keep stakeholders informed of progress
Coordinate the activities of the construction teams and assist in design/construction conflict resolutions or value engineering when/where necessary
Ensure in-scope assets are ordered, received, and installed correctly
Manage risk and issue management experience, from identification to closure
Conduct retrospectives to improve delivery of future projects and/or phases
Track project costs against the defined project budget
