Helpdesk Administrator, Milford, CT (Onsite)
Contract to Hire
Saturday to Wednesday Shift
3 shifts (6:30a-3:30p, 9-6, and 11-8) Saturday and Sunday will be 8-4.

Weekdays vary based on a rotating schedule.

Job Summary
The Helpdesk Administrator are responsible for users with a focus on customer service and user experience. Supporting technologies must be efficient, effective, and aid in maximum productivity. They assist with technology initiatives and learn to improve the efficacy of our systems and contribute to the overall success of technology within the organization. This position reports to our Milford, CT offices.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Administration of technology, networks, infrastructure, and security systems
· Client Administration & Support
· Server Administration & Support
· Uptime, Maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology
· Technology Access Administration
· Hardware & Software Inventory Management
· Research and continuous learning
· On-Call and flexible shift participation
Qualifications and Skills
· IT Certifications preferred (A+/Net+/etc.)
· Problem solving skills
· Technology Troubleshooting
· Customer Service skills
