At Google Cloud, we are on the front lines of helping businesses around the globe "go Google." We bring the best of Google and its products to work, helping businesses embrace Google productivity tools like Workspace (GMail, Drive, Hangouts) & Chrome. The Google Cloud business is growing rapidly, and as a Strategic Accounts Manager. you will support our dynamic business strategy. You will own campaign execution activities including; customer targeting, messaging, list prep, and general outreach strategy for our upsell, cross-sell, and renewal programs.
To excel in this role, you must have a broad range of skills: as project leader, problem solver, data analyst, consultant, and partner. You are skilled in stakeholder management. Most importantly, you are able to juggle many important initiatives at once - meeting important deliverable timelines for our team.
Responsibilities
- Consult with our Senior PgM to execute sales campaigns & deliver campaign analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional partners from our Product Adoption, Customer Success, Chrome/ISV sales and Marketing teams in campaign design activities
- Manage all executional activities that drive cross-sell, renewal and upsell campaigns for multiple products in the Google Cloud ecosystem
- Analyze and report on results, delivering high-quality recommendations to business leaders several times per Quarter
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- A BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Detail oriented, with superb time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once
Preferred qualifications:
- Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional / matrixed environment
- Excellent analytical skills, the ability to work with large data sets and draw insights/conclusions to drive business strategy.
- Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency is a plus.
- Experience executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
