The Director, UX - Merchandising is the customer experience innovator who builds, develops, and leads the organization's UX design team, including Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, and Engineers. Partnering with Product Management and the overall Technology group to understand users' needs and provide overall leadership to ensure the creative direction and experience for all aspects of the UX Merchandising portfolio supports user needs and helps deliver exceptional experiences.
