Digital Project Coordinator

Irving, TX - hybrid model ( in office 2-3x / week, remote the rest )

6 month contract w/ opportunity to extend or convert to FTE

Hourly pay range DOQ: $45.00 - $60.00 / hour

Conversion Salary range DOQ: $90,000 - 100,000 (potential flex for right resource)

This person will be an integral part of communicating between the cross functional teams and divisions within the organization on project status, new features/enhancements being built... Must have proven experience using tools like: Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, etc. , Visio, PP, MS Project, Jira, TFS, Version1, etc. The manager is looking for "exceptional verbal/written communication skills, high-level communicator and experience in organization communication

Develop and maintain project plans, including documentation of project scope, goals, benefits, deliverables, important milestones, timelines, schedules, internal and external resources, project dashboards, etc.

Manage App release and sprint planning and processes through collaboration sessions and partnering with scrum master(s)

Maintain knowledge article base for technical support processes

Partner with marketing communications for customer facing documentation of features and enhancements

Coordinate communication between development teams and internal stakeholders such as sales, tech support, supply chain, procurement, customer service, etc.

Plan App release rollout through MDM solution

Coordinate submission of App(s) for review to the Apple and Google Play Stores

Liaise with tech support and development team to fix bugs and/or complete enhancements

Certifications are nice to have: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP
