My client has recently migrated to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead/Project Manager to join our team. There are several objectives in this position:
Lead all Quality Assurance (QA) activities of their.com related to U.S. eCommerce business on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and secondary support systems (OMS, WMS, PSP, CRM, Web Analytics, Social Media integrations, Remote selling solutions)
Determine quality standards for digital projects/ systems and ensure that standards are upheld.
Create local testing metrics and strategies, and report on quality KPIs.
Lead all inventory systems flows. Create and manage systems for out-of-stock alerts and key all business stakeholders informed.
Support the project lifecycle from scope definition to delivery and post-launch support for assigned digital projects. Map out business requirements, milestones, goals, deliverables and resource requirements of project(s).
Support the Director of E-Commerce (Tech & Operations) in documenting mandatory operational processes (logistics, finance, customer service, web-mastering) as needed
Develop and author project documentation with inputs from the project team, such as functional specifications documents, local processes and workflows, technical specifications documents and testing plans. Train local team stakeholders as necessary.
Be a communication hub for all aspects of assigned projects to collaborate effectively with local regional and HQ stakeholders as well as external vendors, notably the local SFCC Technical Architect
Deliver projects utilizing a SCRUM/Agile methodology
Respect box timing and allocated budgets. Escalate issues that deviate from project plan, timing and budget to relevant stakeholders
Proactively identify new features, functionalities and vendors to drive quality assurance KPIs and the customer experience
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance
Propose and monitor local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and testing metrics for measuring quality on the .com website
Escalate all critical and high-priority web defects to the local project team as they arise
Document and lead execution of local test strategies for .com
Document and lead execution of all local test plans & scripts for QA + UAT (including core model releases, rollout of new features, product launches)
Evaluate exit criteria for Go/No-Go meetings related to new features (e.g. UAT Start, Production testing Start, Launch)
Recommend and monitor centrally-owned automated test scripts for U.S. .com site
Provide daily reporting of Quality Assurance KPIs to local project team
Create and manage resolution of all Jira bug tickets related to local .com features
Create and manage feature/test case traceability matrices
Project Management
Develop a project plan conveying the continuous delivery of project outcomes
Partner with the local SFCC technical architect and local and central stakeholders to identify the various roles required by the project to meet project delivery goals
Manage dependencies
Support cross-organizational group needs and expectations (i.e. Testing, Training, Production, Deployment and Support, Help Desk, Third Party Vendors)
Collaborate with business sponsors, business owners, analysts, developers and central testing team
Identify and quickly resolve project roadblocks
Provide project and release statuses back to Project Sponsor and key stakeholders on a regular basis, including workshops, weekly follow-up meetings and steering committees
Own the release schedule

Capacity to adapt the level of communication and synthesis according to the audience.
Business Acumen
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, sales, Brand strategy, market position and context, knowledge of the luxury and/or cosmetics industry: markets, challenges, digital positioning
Ability to understand and challenge business digital needs
Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Technical Expertise
In-depth experience with Quality Assurance test script tools (e.g. Qtest)
Experience with automated Quality Assurance test script tools (e.g. Selenium)
Experience with Jira/Confluence
Prior experience managing a SFCC platform migration or launch
Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g Smartsheet, Asana)
Working knowledge of SFCC Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, CyberSource, product feeds amongst performance marketing platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) etc.
Experience in eCommerce support systems
Conduct all other job-related activities

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree, MBA/Master’s preferred
10+ years of experience in an E-Commerce role with 5+ years in quality assurance and project management
Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, curiosity, tenacity
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Business Manager, Merchandising, Promotions, Interfaces, data model, Fraud verification and payment (Cybersource)
Innovation including implementation of emerging technologies
SCRUM certification or other AGILE training
Exposure to SFCC cartridge solutions and third-party integrations, payment methods, loyalty, CRM, OMS, etc.
Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter experts with varying levels of project experience
Experience with Google Analytics, Bluecore or similar Email Marketing Platforms, Payment Gateways, Performance Marketing Platforms include Google, Facebook Instagram
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proactive team player
Excellent communication skills
Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
