DevOps Engineers

Job Description

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks DevOps Engineers to design, develop, and test operating systems-level software for CoStar's industry-leading commercial real estate technology platforms. Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements, with an emphasis on continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) using the latest DevOps software development technologies. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures using configuration management tools to shorten the systems development lifecycle while delivering software system features and updates in close alignment with CoStar's business objectives. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new software systems, as well as modification of existing software systems. Develop commercial real estate software systems.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a directly related STEM field, and 2 years of experience with systems software operations support and configuration. Experience must include a minimum of: experience with storing, retrieving, and manipulating data using SQL and Non SQL databases; 1 year of experience with software systems for application load balancing; 1 year of experience with automation technologies to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices; 1 year of experience with software application development; and 1 year of experience with AWS, Azure Cloud, Bash scripting, CDN, F5, iRule authoring, VIP's and pools, Java, Node.js, PowerShell, Python, SSL offloading, Terraform, Ansible, RESTful APIs, Vault, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kubernetes and Helm. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
