Investment Management is seeking a dynamic and personable Desktop Support Engineer for an on-site role in their Dallas , Texas office. The role involves supporting fifty or more staff members with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other technology needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Providing level I, II and II support.
-Physical set up of workstations, laptops, printers, network equipment, servers and other technology related devices and products
-Tracking incidents with the firm's ticketing system.
-IT asset management and tracking
-Office365 Support
Requirements:
-Ability to work on-site at least four days per week in the Dallas Texas office starting in the fall of 2021 (prior to fall 2021, the role is remote)
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
-Three or more years' professional experience in technical support of hardware and software issues and needs
-O365 experience is a big plus
-Cisco experience is a plus
-An outgoing , friendly attitude and demeanor and a genuine desire to help people with their technology needs.
