What we need.
We are seeking a full-time, mid to high level Database Developer to work as a consultant on client projects. This is a position within a team dedicated to Database Developing.

Job Duties:

• Lead data developers to develop, test and execute data conversion procedures and processes
• Understand the Pension system and Legacy data and provide data analysis on legacy client databases
• Document the data mapping, processes, programs and solutions as per established standards.
• Identify SQL performance issues and provide corrective measures.
• Learn and understand Sagitec Data practices and learn Retirement Benefit system.
• Develop, test and execute data conversion procedures and processes
• Train data developers for data conversion and data models
• Lead Sagitec clients for data conversion plan, procedure and plans
• String consulting, customer and ownership orientation
• Administer MS SQL databases and servers
• Must be able to travel 40% of the time
• Meet daily\weekly\monthly deadlines.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and later (5+ years)
• Proficient in T-SQL, ANSI SQL, Stored procedures, functions, scripts, and triggers with extensive use of T-SQL programming. (5+ years)
• Proficient in data conversion and migration (also known as ETL Extract, Transform and Load) procedures and processes (5+ years)
• Experience with data models and can learn the data models and data quickly (5+ years)
• Experience with data analysis, data profiling, data troubleshooting and data reconciliation (5+ Years)
  Preferred
• Experience with retirement benefit system and any other benefit systems.
• or Permanent Resident Location: Denver
• Exposure to legacy databases such as ISAM, ADABAS, AS400, DB2 etc. and related technologies
• Experience with PL-SQL and Oracle databases
• Experience with Azure
