Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a SAFe Agile Business Analyst to join their team. This is a contract role.

This is an opportunity to join a busy team with a leading healthcare company.

Position Description:

• Providing analysis for product managers and architects (analyzing what the system is doing and where data comes from)
• Coordinating integration points from different systems and teams
• Capturing requirements in confluence page
• Writing requirements in a business format
• Commercial and Medicare focused work (Medicaid work by end of the year)

Required Skills:

• 5+ years Experience working as Technical BA
• Creating and mapping documents
• Solution diagram; orchestration diagram
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience writing requirements
• Health insurance background (technical side needed. business side of health insurance not helpful)
• SAFe/Agile experience
• Ability to research, understand, and document requirements related to file feeds, APIs, and services
• Detail oriented/ability to ask questions/forward thinking

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Rally (features and stories to understand requirements from PMs)
• Experience using Confluence (the group is creating a requirements page)
• Pharmacy/benefits/accumulators experience
