Responsibilities:
Be the data POC for assigned Lines of Business, developing and/or refining data use cases, leading data analysis and data profiling, executing data source selection most appropriate to solve business requirements, creating functional specifications, and acting as primary point of contact for developers supporting data logic and content
Data preparation/cleaning. Comfortable using Statistical algos to extract insights from large dataset.
Experience with Python programming language developing efficient, reusable, and scalable code. (including packages like SciKitLearn, numpy, pandas)
Lead complex initiatives in performing activities related to creation, implementation, and on-going models used to analyze and manage risk in decision making in functional areas
Establish in high impact engineering and act as key participant in large-scale planning
Adept at following the System Development Life Cycle process, quality, security, and compliance requirements
Develop models and strategies for short and long term objectives, supporting and providing insights regarding a wide array of business initiatives
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding with the agile development
Influence global assessment of models and schedules inclusive to engineering and identifying structure and scope of review
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent
4+ years of experience with SAS or Python, or other data management, reporting and query tools
4+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation
4+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
Experience extracting insights from large data sets using advanced Python
2+ years of text analytics experience
2+ years of experience with NLP
