Data Analyst - REMOTE position

Why you want to work at Flexion:

If you're seeking to use your data and research skills on a major healthcare data project as an Outreach Data Analyst to the nation's Medicare system while working remotely, this is the role for you. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and work on a team of analysts and engineers for Beneficiary Experience Data Analytics Platform (BEDAP). BEDAP is serving as the single data source of customer service truth for Medicare beneficiary data for The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This data equips CMS' communication channels to support an improved omnichannel experience across the Medicare program and outbound outreach. BEDAP's data lake is composed of many different data sets, which includes claims, enrollment, entitlement, and plan data.

For this role, we are looking for an exceptional Outreach Data Analyst who will be responsible for developing outreach and marketing strategies for the Strategic Marketing Group (SMG) of the Office of Communications for CMS' Medicare program. You will perform data research and analysis with the Medicare data available in BEDAP using data tools, such as SQL, Python and AWS Redshift.

At Flexion (an agile software company that's been delivering excellence for over 24 years), our company culture is built on autonomy, trust, and transparency. We empower teams to remain self-sufficient and self-directed by hiring people who can solve complex problems through collaboration-this means lending a hand and flexing your multi-skilled muscles (research, content, business analysis, information architecture, etc.) as needed. Every member within a cross-functional team is a leader who takes responsibility for the entire team's success, which mirrors the company's overall flat structure.
