As a Ten-X Data Analyst , you will be responsible for being an integral part of our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team located in Irvine, CA. The Data Analyst will research trends, provide insights and generate recommendations to improve sales performance. At Ten- X, data plays a central role in how we make decisions. Our team works across all departments to provide analysis and insights for future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Marketing team to identify customer segmentation opportunities and build targeted leads lists that will drive increased engagement on the Ten-X platform.
• Aggregate data across a variety of internal and external sources to gain insights and drive Marketing decisions.
• Build and evaluate data models to optimize and enhance targeted marketing campaigns.
• Designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable, reusable, and maintainable data pipelines and applications that handle large amounts of data.
• Taking full ownership of your work, from development and testing, to eventual deployment and support in production.
• Collaborating with other engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the Ten-X business, including the Analytic products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of Data Analytics experience with Ad-Hoc problem-solving capability
• Prior experience and knowledge of commercial real estate industry strongly preferred
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering completed analytics products.
• Experience with relational and columnstore databases, such as SQL Server, Redshift
• Preferred knowledge of Python data science tools, such as SciKit, Numpy
• Experience with a data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong math and analytical skills
