Description
The Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Team Lead will oversee tasks from the CSI team. The CSI team includes Reporting and Analytics, Knowledge Management, Incident Management and Innovation Specialist. The projects are end user services wide and involve governance, development, and testing. They will manage the CSI Visual Task Board.
The CSI Lead is responsible to do demand studies to verify evidence of assumptions as well as create process flow maps to determine fail points. The contract reaches out to the CSI Team Lead for assistance to determine how CSI can help or best point of contact.
The CSI team lead will lead internal quality audits and provide findings to the Manager/Team Lead for the department. They will be responsible to maintain up-to-date s tandard operating procedures for all areas using document control. If training needs arise from the audits, they will work to identify the right person to create and facilitate t raining.

Target salary range: $55,001 - $65,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
